Hello friends,
I'm desperately seeking expert advice regarding an issue I've been facing lately with my Daiwa Steez(parcticlty Exist) 2508.
Problem:There is some very disturbing noise of the gears when turning the handle. I also feel there is slightly loose space on the handle.
I sent the reel to our local experts for maintenance but nobody is able to identify the root cause behind this problem. We changed the bearings with Hedgehock, tried different types of grease(even high end ISO factory, Ardent, etc) but the noise still remains. We tried to adjust the internal washers ( http://oi59.tinypic.com/5n6j2b.jpg ) but this didn't help also(although it changes the way the reel works).
There isn't any visible wear on the mechanical parts(gears.main shaft, etc).
On the below video you can hear the terrible noise( please turn up your volume as the sound quality is poor).

Have you ever faced similar issue with daiwa R4 reels and can you suggest possible solution for fixing this problem?
Can you tell me if there is part number 84 on the picture or it's missing ? We've might lost it and this causes loose space?
